Shree Ram Adharbudh School Supplies Project

We have distributed warm clothes and stationary to Shree Ram Adharbudh School. 140 students attend this school. This project cost 65,000 rupees.

Health in Nepal: Our Club Participation

The Lions Club of Multiple 325 has created a blood bank. The Lions Club of Pokhara Annapurna has contributed the second highest number of founding members for the blood bank. 15 of our club members have contributed 25,000 rupees each. 

We have also participated in the following district activities:

  • Lions Fellowship Program
  • Diabetic Awareness Program
  • Peace Poster contest 
  • Yamaji Children’s Park renovation.

Ambulance Service

The Lions Club of Pokhara Annapurna has arranged two ambulance services to run during Kalachakra Puja, which runs for fifteen days and is held at Bodhgaya Bihar in India. Approximately 200,000 people gathered at Gaya, coming from more than sixty different countries. We had twelve volunteers running this service, which was available 24 hours a day. The public were very appreciative. Our club funded 150,000 rupees towards this project, coordinated by the Ngari Chithue Association.
