Late Lions Gyalpo Lama’s Memorial National veteran badminton tournament
“Where there is needs, there is Lions”
In the memory of one of our chartered member Late Lion Gyalpo Lama,We have organized a second National Veterans badminton tournament, which was very successful. This is mainly organized to remember our Late Chartered member and good health for social services.
The Lions Club of Pokhara Annapurna organised an art competition for 150 students. Tokyo Suginami Rotary Club supported the competition. The theme of the artwork was ‘our family’, which inspired children to show what their families look like. We await the results from Tokyo.
The Nanyang Technological University of Singapore (NTUS) has donated benches, desks, stationary and clothes to Shree Jana Prakash Secondary School at Bhandarik Lekhnath Municipality, to the value of 130,000 rupees. NTUS has also donated beds, mattresses, pillows and medication to Beni Hospital, to the total of 50,000 rupees.
