DESCRIPTION:Location: Narchyang VDC\, Magdi District\nInstitution: Lions Club of Pokhara Annapurna\nProject: Narchyang Health project \nAbout Narchyang Village\nNarchyang VDC is a VDC located at Myagdi District in Nepal. The VDC is a multi ethnic and naturally gifted place. The VDC is approximately 321 Sq. Kms and has a population of 1817 with 349 Houses. Health service being a basic necessity and right of every individual\,\nPresent situation\nNarchyang VDC has no Health Post and currently provides services out of two small rooms in the VDC building. Community has donated land at the site of the old school. Narchyang VDC has a village Health Care Committee and two health workers trained in Pokhara.\nThe need of Health Post in Narchyang VDC is inevitable.Therefore Lions club of Pokhara Annapurna has taken initiation for finding donor for this project and final American Nepal Medical Foundation(ANMF) USA has been so kind to provide Rs 3\,170\,225.25 for this project. Rest amount will be bare by local contribution and Lions Club of Pokhara Annapurna.\nThe Budgeted cost of construction of 1 storey health post with 6 rooms is approx. Rs. 3\,425\,189 Rupees .\nWe are hoping to start this project immediately.
