Our History

The Lions Club of Pokhara Annapurna was established on the 27th of December, 1987, in Pokhara, Nepal. Our club was sponsored by the Lions Club of Pokhara. In turn, we have sponsored the Lions Club of Leknath and the Leo Club of Pokhara Annapurna. Our club has twenty-seven charter members and forty current members. For over thirty years, we have played a vital role in the fields of education, health and environmental development. We have also developed many strong relationships with donor agencies. Please see Projects for a complete list of our service projects to date.
