Isahaya Soropotimist International Japan and the Ono Lower Secondary School Japan were able to support us to build the Udaya Lower Secondary School in Dampus. This project cost 596,000 rupees. Prof. Tomio Ozawa and Mrs Sobayashi and their team were present at the hand over ceremony in Dampus on the 11th of November, 2000.
